The internet is an amazing thing

Ernie the Attorney posted a great anecdote on his blog yesterday.  It is a good story about how the internet is changing the way we live our lives and how the younger generation has adapted to our communication culture.

Technology isn't just for geeks anymore.  I occurs to me that the next generation views world-wide-wireless connectivity in much the same manner that I view a telephone or a credit card - expected, regular, and ubiquitous.

Use of the internet for news, research, and communication is no longer a nice skill to have.  It is a necessary skill set for modern life.
